These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of ToolSparkr (toolsparkr.com), operated by ToolSparkr LLC. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
ToolSparkr provides free online developer tools, blog content, and educational resources. Our tools include converters, generators, security utilities, developer tools, and network analysis tools. We also offer an optional paid plan, ToolSparkr Pro, described on our Pricing page.
2. Acceptable Use
You may use ToolSparkr tools for any lawful personal or commercial purpose. You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically access our site in a manner that degrades service for others.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack our servers (DDoS, brute force, etc.).
- Use our tools for any illegal purpose.
- Misrepresent the source of content generated by our tools.
3. Paid Plans and Billing
ToolSparkr Pro is a subscription billed monthly until you cancel. It gives you a personal API key for our server-side tools with higher rate limits. Current pricing and features are listed on our Pricing page.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, sales tax and invoices. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Your API key is personal. Do not share or resell it; we may revoke keys that are shared or used to abuse the service.
4. Tool Accuracy Disclaimer
Our tools are provided for convenience and educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty regarding the correctness, completeness, or reliability of results from any tool — including but not limited to hash generators, DNS lookups, SSL checkers, and code minifiers.
Always verify results independently for critical applications.
5. Intellectual Property
The ToolSparkr name, logo, website design, and original content (blog posts, tutorials) are the intellectual property of ToolSparkr LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website design or content without permission.
Tool outputs belong to you. Any data you generate using our tools is yours to use freely.
6. Third-Party Links
Our blog and tools may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites.
7. Limitation of Liability
ToolSparkr LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our tools or website. Our tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep ToolSparkr available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without notice.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to block access for users who violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ToolSparkr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
