Refund Policy

This policy applies to ToolSparkr Pro, the paid subscription offered by ToolSparkr LLC on toolsparkr.com. All of our browser tools are free and involve no payment.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with ToolSparkr Pro, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.
2. After the first 14 days
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not give refunds for partial months.
3. How refunds are processed
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Approved refunds are paid by Paddle to your original payment method.
4. How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] with the email address you used to buy, or contact Paddle directly using the link in your order receipt.
